Refund Policy - TEFL Courses

Learners have 48 hours from the time of payment to cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund, provided no more than Module 1 of the coursework has been completed.

If a refund request is received within this 48-hour window and the completion threshold has not been exceeded, the full enrollment fee will be refunded.

After the 48-hour window has passed, or if more than Module 1 has been completed, the enrollment will be considered final and no refunds will be issued.

We reserve the right to review refund requests outside of our standard policy in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. Supporting documentation may be required.

Non-Completion After Refund Period

While there is no penalty for not completing the course once enrolled, students who choose not to complete the course after the refund period has ended will not be eligible for a refund of any enrollment or other fees paid.

Course Expiry

TEFL, Teacher Certification Program and Professional Development Courses: In order to receive Provider’s certificate of completion you are required to successfully complete all aspects of the Course (including the final assessment) within the respective Course deadline (hereafter “Duration of Access”) of receiving your course login details from Us. If you fail to complete the course within the given Duration of Access, you will not be awarded a certificate of completion and, in accordance with paragraph 7, will not be eligible for a refund. The Course deadlines are 365 days from the purchase date.

Refund Policy - Teach Away Premium

Enrollment in the Premium Membership is final. Once the membership fee is paid, there will be no refunds available under any circumstances. If cancelled, benefits continue until the end of the paid subscription period, after which the account reverts to a free membership.

Refund Policy - Platform / Subscription Products (e.g., ATS)

Subscription fees (Teach Away Fee) are non-refundable once paid, including in cases of early termination or unused time. Subscriptions automatically renew at the rates in effect at the time of renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription term.
